The proposal for the design of the dwelling was based on the characteristics of the property. The land is located on a unique spot, on top of a hill,which boasts an ocean view perfect for enjoying colorful sunrises and sunsets. The location of the land influenced and guided the design scheme of the house, as highlighted in the drawings, the kitchen and living room spaces are both situated on the first floor in order to take advantage of the spectacular ocean panorama and sprawling beachscape.
